AccessManitoba Service Interruption July 15 – August 14
The Manitoba government is currently undertaking a major financial system upgrade. These steps are required to protect data integrity and system stability. As part of this update, some services will be unavailable:
Apprenticeship Manitoba services through AccessManitoba
- unavailable July 17 – August 9, 2026
iMaQs (Integrated Mining and Quarrying System)
- unavailable July 15 – August 14, 2026
Apprenticeship Manitoba Users
During the outage period (July 17 – August 9), users will not be able to:
- submit applications or forms
- register for technical training or schedule exams
- be issued a Certificate of Qualification
- access or make changes to their files
- upload apprentice hours or update profile information
- make payments
Important: Apprenticeship Manitoba users are encouraged to submit complete applications or outstanding payments no later than July 15 to ensure receipt prior to the scheduled system downtime.
Services requiring access to Apprenticeship Manitoba systems will be unavailable both online and in person during the outage period. As a high volume of requests is expected following August 10, processing times may be longer than usual once services resume.
iMaQs Users
During the outage period (July 15 – August 14), users will not be able to:
- apply for new dispositions
- make payments on current dispositions
- search the iMaQs maps
- verify statuses.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as this work is completed. Please note that while the AccessManitoba platform is not being replaced as part of this initiative, it is affected by the broader system transition.
